The most important thing to remember about track and field is that it never hurts to get a head start on training. The earlier you begin, the better off your body will be for sport performance down the line. Strong starts, running mechanics and joint stability are all crucial pieces of athletic performance- both SPEED and POWER rely heavily on strength; maximize how strong you can make yourself so that when those moments come up in competition where things might need just an extra burst of speed or power – your muscles should do what they’re supposed to do!
Beasley Elite will develop a personalized plan for their athletes that is based on the individual’s weaknesses, experience level and sport. For throwers they can expect to focus primarily in upper body strength and power while sprinters may concentrate more in start mechanics, running form or lower body explosiveness.
