An athlete must be able to withstand long distances of running while performing short bursts of maximum effort sprints as well as changes in direction.

In soccer, for example, the player needs an impressive strength-to-weight ratio that allows them to quickly accelerate and decelerate at full speed.

With a combined resistance training program designed by our professional coaches, athletes will develop their mental toughness (strength) along with physical endurance (endurance).
