Speed Training

Speed Kills Period! A fast and agile (quick) athlete will win 99.9% of the time. Exceptional speed is inherent however, all individuals can improve on their current level of speed by working on running technique, strength training, plyometrics, and reaction drills.

This includes learning to run with proper form which has a major impact in achieving faster speeds over long distances as well as shorter ones too – such techniques include “the lean” where an individual’s center of gravity should be kept close to his or her heels but not touching them so that they do not hit the ground when breaking out from blocks or turn-arounds .

This improves leg propulsion capabilities for gears up into higher levels like sprinting through corners while still maintaining.

5 to 7 yards

You can tell a lot about how the game is going to go just by looking at your opponent’s first few steps. How quickly they get up off the ground, their control of themselves as they move through space and run plays will determine whether you’re in for an easy or difficult match. If you have better footwork than them, with practice it’ll be easier and more likely that every single one of those 3-5 moves are successful!

You probably only need three or four good moves before turning on that speed because chances are if someone has faster feet then you do – all but two outta five times we betcha he wins ’em both ways (literally!)

We train our athletes to be the fastest and quickest in a 5 to 7 yard radius.

Our program develops that real-world game day speed. Practicing how to run and how to change direction at a high velocity will enable you to utilize your body in a more biomechanically efficient manner, thus allowing you to be a more effective athlete on the field or court.

Our program is advanced and demanding on the body. A general level of conditioning is required in order to prevent injury and maximize the most out of the program.
